The hotel is in dire need of maintenance. The unpleasant smell of old furniture and poor hygiene can be impossible to ignore.

the room was clean and spacious, with ample towels and sheets. the affordable prices and inclusive breakfasts were a plus. many recreational facilities were available for a fee, such as billiards and table tennis to keep the kids entertained.

Some of the facilities haven't been maintained well, like the outdoor playground and fishing area, which were dirty.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects were friendly staff at the restaurant, spectacular view of the lake during breakfast, comfortable beds and shuttle buses. There were plenty of activities for children as well.

The hotel offered great value for money with basic amenities provided. The staff were very attentive and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout. We were especially surprised by the attention to detail in the clubhouse and the location in the country club area, with the best views and mobile signal. The rooms were clean, with air conditioning, and included breakfast, making our stay very comfortable.

The rates on Agoda were very affordable, especially considering the spaciousness of the loft room which could accommodate up to 5 people. Secondly, the location of this hotel is perfect. It is nestled in a beautiful country club with stunning views of the trees and surrounding area. There are also other attractions nearby such as Twin Lakes, hanging bridges, and restaurants, making it a convenient spot to explore. Lastly, the staff were attentive and friendly throughout my stay. They made sure that the basic amenities, such as towels and sheets, were clean and replenished. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to others.
